In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "q98com", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the q98com platform accessible at q98com.net and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the q98com website, mobile web interface, games, betting markets, wallet systems, support channels, and any other service provided under the q98com brand.
• "Member", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered a q98com account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access q98com services.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Member's q98com Account, comprising real-money funds and, separately, any bonus funds credited by q98com.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and proof-of-payment method verification, required under q98com's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of online gaming services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain a q98com Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. q98com enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions voided, and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using q98com in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of q98com or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask or misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

q98com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by q98com will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) q98com Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. q98com is not responsible for account access issues resulting from outdated registration information.

By completing registration, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

q98com reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q98com login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

q98com will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

You agree to notify q98com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. q98com accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

q98com employs 256-bit SSL encryption, session management controls, and real-time fraud monitoring to protect Member accounts. However, q98com cannot guarantee absolute security of the Platform and is not liable for losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Deposits: q98com accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods. q98com does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• q98com reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above PKR 50,000.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours.

Currency: All transactions on q98com are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where USDT TRC20 is used, conversion rates are applied at the time of the transaction and confirmed to the Member prior to processing.

q98com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity, multiple account abuse, or bonus abuse is suspected.

q98com offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PSL cricket betting boosts, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified. Unfulfilled bonus amounts expire automatically on the deadline.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and some games may contribute 0%.
• q98com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, fraudulent payment methods, or in violation of these Terms will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

q98com reserves the right to exclude any Member from specific promotions without explanation. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

All bets placed on q98com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. General betting rules applicable to all q98com products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where q98com's market-specific rules explicitly permit cash-out or cancellation options.
• q98com reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the setting of odds or game parameters.
• In sports betting, if an event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless q98com's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Tests, and T20 matches — are subject to q98com's dedicated cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within each betting interface. q98com reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any Member at its sole discretion.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes. All game results are final once the round is complete.

Where a dispute arises regarding a bet outcome, the decision of q98com's compliance team is final after review of all available evidence including server logs and game records.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q98com Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one q98com Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your Wallet.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other multi-player formats.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.

• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.

q98com is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognize that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations seriously in this regard.

All q98com Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses within a specified time period. Loss limits are binding and cannot be overridden during the active period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q98com's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

q98com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. q98com makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose.

Either party may terminate the Member's q98com Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Member-initiated closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

q98com-initiated termination: q98com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to fraud or Terms breach, q98com reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, those funds shall be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming laws and standards as applicable to q98com's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and q98com arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Disputes regarding bet outcomes, account balances, or bonus calculations must be submitted to q98com's support team within 30 days of the disputed event. q98com will investigate and issue a written decision within 14 business days.

q98com's decision on all operational matters — including game outcomes determined by RNG or live dealer, bonus eligibility, and account status — is final and binding, subject only to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

q98com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, q98com will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification in the Platform, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the q98com homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the q98com Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.
